Fix “Decode disable” error when using VGA or HDMI-2 monitors on Dahua Recorders

Currently on new generation Dahua and Kbvision recorders, VGA and HDMI 2 will not be enabled by default, specifically on the following product lines:

  • NVR5xxx-EI, NVR4xxx-EI, NVR4xxx-4KS3
