Step 1๏ธโฃ๏ผBecome an authorized user
Step 2๏ธโฃ๏ผTap support>Case>New Case>Unbind
Step 3๏ธโฃ: Create unbind case: ๐๐ธ๐ฐ ๐ธ๐ข๐บ๐ด to create an unbind case
๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ 1: ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐พ๐ (๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐)๐๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ : The device and the phone are on the same LAN: Device will be displayed, Select the device that needs to be unbound, only need to provide the device label or the invoice picture
๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ 2 : ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐ข๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐: The device and the phone are not on the same LAN: Provide the device seriel number, label picture and scan QR code/fill in string
Step 4๏ธโฃ: Submit the case and wait for support team’s reply
Step 5๏ธโฃ: Tap the case to enter the case detail to check the Hikvision’s reply
Step 6๏ธโฃ: Unbind successful, then close the case and rate it
