Step 1οΈβ£οΌBecome an authorized user
Step 2οΈβ£οΌTap support>Case>New Case>Unbind
Step 3οΈβ£: Create unbind case: ππΈπ° πΈπ’πΊπ΄ to create an unbind case
πππ©ππ€π 1: ππΌπ πΏππππΎπ (ππΌπΏπ)ππππ€π’π’ππ£πππ : The device and the phone are on the same LAN: Device will be displayed, Select the device that needs to be unbound, only need to provide the device label or the invoice picture
πππ©ππ€π 2 : ππ©πππ§ π’ππ©ππ€π: The device and the phone are not on the same LAN: Provide the device seriel number, label picture and scan QR code/fill in string
