During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered the problem of forgetting your password many times, so in this article I will show you how to Hard reset on Camera Cruiser 2 (IPC-GS7EP-3M0WE)

How to do?

  • Step 1: Plug in the power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2:  Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still holding power)
  • Step 3: Wait for about 1 minute to set rebooted and reinstalled like new.

Note: If when reinstalling on the app IMOU LIFE notice: “Linking accounts xxxx”, take a photo of the device’s SN stamp and contact the distributor where you imported the goods for assistance!
