Last Jun 2022, Dahua Security has released a new version of its software on PC, which is a shortened, fastest and lightest version of SmartPSS for low-end PCs.

- 64-bit OS: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11
- Graphics: DirectX 8.0 or higher
- At least 1024×768 screen resolution
2. Main function
SmartPSS Lite is a lightweight platform at the core of business and security for small and medium businesses (SMBs). It provides video surveillance, access control and various attendance functions. Built to be flexible, it provides direct access to the web client and features P2P binding, real-time monitoring, video playback, event hub, access control and reference attend.
