Instructions for resetting DH-H3AE, DH-H5AE password

During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered the problem of forgetting the password many times, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset the Camera IPC-H3AE, IPC-H5AE

How to do it

  • Step 1: Plug in power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still holding power)
  • Step 3: Wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reinstall as new.

Note: If reinstalling on the app  ;DMSS notice: “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the stamp containing the device’s SN code and contact the distributor where you imported the goods to supported!
