How to Reset IPC-A22E, IPC-A32E, IPC-A42E Password (Ranger 2)?

During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered the problem of forgetting the password many times, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset the Camera IMOU.

The instructions are generally applicable to Ranger 2 product lines such as:

• IPC-A22E, IPC-A22E-B, IPC-A22E-C, IPC-A22E-D, IPC-A22E-G, IPC-A22E-H, IPC-A22E-L
• IPC-A23
• IPC-A32E-L
• IPC-A42E, IPC-A42E-D, IPC-A42E-L

How to do it

• Step 1: Plug in power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
• Step 2: Press and hold the reset button as shown in the picture for 15 seconds.
• Step 3: Wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reinstall as new.
