How to reset Cruiser 4G Password (IPC-S21FTP, IPC-S41FTP) ?

How to do

  • Step 1: Plug in the power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2:  Pick the reset button with a metal stick as shown in the picture and hold for 15 seconds.
  • Step 3: Wait for about 1 minute for the device to start up. automatically reset and re-install like new.

Note: If when reinstalling on app IMOU LIFE notice: “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the stamp containing the device’s SN code and contact the distributor where you imported the goods for support!
