Troubleshooting the camera is blurry infrared at night

During the installation of the Camera, if there is a problem that the infrared image at night is blurred as shown above, please handle it by following simple steps.

As you can see, this error usually occurs on ceiling dome dome cameras. Caused by infrared bounce from the glass to the lens on the Camera.

To solve this problem, adjust the rubber seal on the CCTV lens with the hemisphere cap.
