What is the difference between 5M-N and 5MP resolution?

As the picture above, you can see clearly, 5M-N resolution is shorter in length, no image will be compressed. Specifically, 5M-N resolution is: 1296 x 1944, 5MP resolution is: 2592x 1944. So with the naked eye you can see this difference.
