How to reset DH-H2AE, DH-H4AE password

During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered the problem of forgetting the password many times, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset the CameraIPC -H2AE, IPC-H4AE

How to do it

• Step 1: Plug in power to the Camera, then wait for the device to complete booting (about 1 minute)
• Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still holding power)
• Step 3: Wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reinstall as new.

Note: If when reinstalling on theDMSS application it says: “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the stamp containing the device’s SN code and contact the distributor where you imported the goods for support!
