During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered many times when you have forgotten the password, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset on the device. Kbvision Camera KW-H1, KW-H2

I. Hard reset location

II. How to do it

  • Step 1: Plug in the power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still hold the power)
  • Step 3: Wait for about 1 minute for the camera to restart, it will to the default state, you can proceed to reconfigure the Camera
