In this article, I will show you how to upgrade Dahua DVR via Cloud. This upgrade applies to Dahua devices with mass Firmware errors in large quantities, the company will support updating via Cloud to facilitate the repair process.
To upgrade the Firmware using the Cloud, log in to the device using a browser or use the TV screen, then follow these instructions:

The download and upgrade process will proceed automatically. The upgrade time is about 3 minutes (depending on the internet connection speed at the recorder.
Important Note:
- Always keep the internet signal stable
- Always keep the power on during the upgrade.
- During the upgrade, do not turn the device on or off.< /li>
- If the upgrade is interrupted, an error occurs. Please send the device to Dahua for support
