During the installation of the Camera, you must have encountered many times when you have forgotten the password, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset on Camera Knight IPC-F88FIP (Imou)

  • Step 1: Plug in the power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still holding the power)
  • Step 3: Wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reset and proceed to reinstall as new.

Note: If reinstalling on app IMOU Life notice : “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the stamp containing the device’s SN code and send it to Kbvision’s Technical department for support in unlinking the old account via mail: < strong>htkt@kbvision.vn or 0932,685.888
