1. Why can’t I view the Camera?
Currently, many of you are using Dahua camera viewing software on your computer, and are experiencing an offline P2P error and cannot connect. So in this article, I will guide you on how to fix it.
The reason you can’t view it is because you are using the old version of SmartPSS application. You need to upgrade to the new software version to continue using it.
2. Software Update Guide
First, you need to download the latest version of the SmarrPSS software here: Windows – Application System (cctvapp.net)
Next, back up the device list and upgrade the new software as follows:
