[Video] Instructions for connect 2 doors, open and close rolling doors on VTO Dahua

Currently, on Dahua and Kbvision doorbell models, it only supports connecting 1 door lock through Door 1 port. So if you want to use a combination of rolling door control or the function of opening 2 independent doors, Please refer to today’s article.

1. Equipment used

To control the 2nd door, you need to use the RS485 extender model: DHI-DEE1010B-S2, this is an expansion device controlled via the RS485 port on the doorbell. You can use it to:

• Controlling the opening/closing of rolling doors
• Controls the opening of 2 doors independently
• Automatic opening/closing of sliding doors
• Control via DMSS application on phone, or VTH screen
