In this article, I will guide you how to reset the EVS Dedicated Storage Server password. First access the device’s IP address on the browser, then select the function “Forgot Password”
1. Generate a password reset QR code
Operate on the browser as follows to get the password reset QR code:
2. Scan QR to receive password reset code
Next, open the app DMSS on mobile, select Settings -> Tool Manager -> Password reset tool, then scan the QR code in the browser.
Check your email for the reset code (if you don’t find it, check your spam folder)
3. Reset EVS password
Once you have the recovery code, enter it into the browser interface and reset the new password.
