Fix the error of Camera having 2 black borders when added to Dahua Recorder

When adding a Camera to to Dahua Recoder, sometimes you will see the image with black top and bottom borders or black left and right borders. This problem occurs because the Recoder is displaying the original aspect ratio from the Video Camera. You can adjust it in display settings.
