If you are using Dahua’s new model WiFi Camera Hero A1 (H2AE/ H4AE), you encounter the problem of no rotation control (PTZ) via NVR, XVR, SmarPSSvideo recorder. Please update the device’s Firmware as instructed below.

2. Firmware Update
A. Upgrade directly on DMSS
You can update the new Firmware for the Camera directly on the DMSS application, as follows:
- Step 1: Connect and add Camera to DMSS application
- Step 2: Enlarge the Camera view and click on the settings icon (top right hexagon)
- Step 3: Select “Cloud upgrade”
- Step 4: Wait for the device to upgrade Firmware and reboot (about 5 minutes)
B. Directly upgrade File Firmware
In addition to upgrading using the DMSS application. You can download the Firmware File and upgrade using the ConfigTool application, this way you can upgrade multiple devices at the same time.
