Instructions for hard resetting IPC-T22EP (IMOU)

During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered many times when you have forgotten the password, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset on the device. Camera IMOU IPC-T22EP

II. How to do it

  • Step 1: Plug in the power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
  • Step 2: Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release the reset button (still holding the power)
  • Step 3: Wait for about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reset and proceed to reinstall as new.

Note: If when reinstalling on app IMOU LIFE message : “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the device’s SN stamp and contact the distributor where you imported the goods for support!
