During the process of installing the Camera, you must have encountered the problem of forgetting the password many times, so in this article I will guide you how to hard reset the Camera IMOU.
The instructions are generally applicable to Ranger 2 product lines such as:
- IPC-A26L, IPC-A26HSP, IPC-A26H
- IPC-A46H, IPC-A46
How to do it
- Step 1: Plug in power to the Camera, then wait for the device to finish booting (about 1 minute)
- Step 2: Press and hold the reset button as shown in the picture for 15 seconds.
- Step 3: Wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot and reinstall as new.
Note: If when reinstalling on the application IMOU LIFE notice: “Linking xxxx account”, take a photo of the label containing the device’s SN code and contact the distributor where you imported the product for support!
