As shown above, to reset Dahua’s NKB1000 console by default, follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Plug in the device to work for about 2 minutes
- Step 2: Hold down the ESC key continuously for 15 seconds
- Step 2: Press and hold the ESC key continuously for 15 seconds
- Step 3: The device will be reset to default, the default password is usually: <blank>, 123456, 888888
Note: The above instructions apply to console products sold from 2018 and later. If your device is older, contact your distributor for assistance.
