No matter what modem port you open, regardless of carrier. You need to prepare yourself some of the following requirements:
- Identifies the IP address of the DVR and the ports to open.
- Identifies the IP address of the modem (on cmd -> type ipconfig -> see address of Gateway)
- Computer or phone and camera receiver must be connected modem’s internet connection.
Step 1: Login to TotoLink Modem
- Log in to your modem by opening a web browser and typing: http://192.168.100.1 (default). It will appear the modem’s interface and ask to log in.
- The default account and password for this modem is usually listed on the stamp below the modem. The default is: admin/admin
- Normal then you can log in right away, the password is wrong because it has been changed. Contact the operator’s HTKT switchboard for support.
Step 2: Open port on TotoLink Modem
After logging into the modem, select Advanced Setting -> Firewall -> Port Forwarding and enter the following information:
- Port Forwarding: select Enable to enable the NAT Port feature
- IP Address: enter the IP address that needs NAT, Example This NAT port of the receiver has IP: 192.168.1.250
- Internal Port: The internal port of the device that needs to NAT out. This example is port: 8080
- External Port: The external port needs to be open for the signal to come in. This example is port: 8080
- Remote IP: any (allows all IPs outside the network to access)

After pressing Apply to apply the port opening configuration, you will see the following output:
Attention: The default port of Router TOTOLINK A3002RU is port 80, so if the NAT port 80 of the camera device or NVR receiver is out, you need to change the port on A3002RU to 1 port other.
